Haaland og Hegerberg inne topp 10 i Gullballen-kåring

Gullballen er verdens mest prestisjefulle fotballpris, årets vinner er fransk.

Gullballen, eller Ballon d’Or som den heter på fransk, er den mest prestisjefylte fotballkåringen i verden. Prisen gis ut av fotballmagasinet France Fotball og har har blitt gitt ut hvert år siden 1956.

Prisen har tradisjonelt blitt gitt på bakgrunn av prestasjoner gjennomet kalenderår, men er i år endret slik at den blir gitt på bakgrunn av prestasjoner i løpet av en sesong.

180 journalister fra hele verden er med på å avgjøre prisen. De velger ut fem spillere blant de 30 nominerte spillerne og gir 5-4-3-2-1 poeng til disse. Spilleren som får flest poeng totalt er vinneren av prisen.

Listen over vinnere av Gullballen er stjernespekket og aller øverst på adelskalenderen troner Lionel Messi med sine sju seire. Cristiano Ronaldo har vunnet prisen fem ganger.

Hvem vant Gullballen 2022?

Men i Theatre du Chatelet i Paris i går var ingen av de to i favorittsjiktet før premieutdelingen. Og det skulle vise seg at den gjeveste prisen gikk til Karim Benzema fra Real Madrid og Frankrike foran Liverpools Sadio Mane og Manchester Citys Kevin de Bruyne.

For kvinnene var det Alexia Putellas som spiller for Barcelona som vant Gullballen.

Erling Braut Haaland ble nummer 10 i kåringen og klatret en plass opp fra 2021. Ada Hegerberg, som vant prisen i 2018, fikk en meget respektabel 7. plass og sørget for at Norge hadde to spillere blant verdens 10 beste fotballspillere.
