The Preikestolen Trailrun, an epic trail running journey where you’ll trace the footsteps of Rockman, the legendary figure who braved the rugged paths each weekend in pursuit to win the heart of his beloved, but without the swimming. This race isn’t just a run—it’s a mythic adventure. You’ll battle the forces of nature, just like Rockman, on some of the world’s most breathtaking trails.
Get ready for a mix of skyrunning, technical trail-running, and heart-pounding scrambles. You’ll run through mystical woodlands, cross scree fields, and ascend to the mountain peaks above the Lysefjord, with its sparkling waters framed by majestic cliffs. The route will take you on a secret outer trail to the iconic Pulpit Rock, before descending into a playground of ancient, rugged terrain—one shaped by the gods themselves.
