Om rittet

The Tour of Scandinavia is a women’s cycle stage race, that has stages in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, in august. It is the successor of Ladies Tour of Norway and it first edition was held in 2022. Its a UCI Women’s World Tour event. The race was to be called Battle of the North but due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine the organisers renamed it Tour of Scandinavia.

The race is a Scandinavian stagerace for ladies at World Tour-level (the highest level) crossing through three countries: Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

The race is a continuation of the former Ladies Tour of Norway, and the first edition was arranged in August 2022.
In 2023, the race will have total five stages as follows: three stages in Norway and two finishing stages in Denmark.

All the best riders in the world are expected to start and you can follow the race on TV all over the world – both on terrestrial TV-channels and digital platforms.
